MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER

Dear Friends:

Don’t miss the excitement when the curtain comes up on the thrilling new season at the Stockton Performing Arts Center!

Here’s a sampling of the wide variety of shows, you’re sure to enjoy!

Comedian Yakov Smirnoff will have audiences howling in the aisles when he makes his debut on the Stockton PAC stage. It’s a show not to be missed!

Audiences will experience Buddy, Roy and Elvis as if they were in the audience during “the performance they never gave.”

It’s alive and live on stage. Aquila Theatre’s “Frankenstein” is sure to scare audiences!

“The Nature of Forgetting” is “profoundly moving...an action packed celebration  of life,” heralds John Wilson of Front Row - BBC Radio 4. Audiences will be astounded as they experience the emotion and beauty of one man’s compelling journey through the stages of dementia.

“The Zydeco Master” and Grammy-winning Terrance Simien & The Zydeco Experience will serve up a night of authentic, spicy New Orleans music!

A Musical Death Match: Beatles Vs. The Rolling Stones. The two greatest rock 'n' roll bands of all time face off in a once-in-a-lifetime show.

The Campbell Brothers present a compelling, rich variety of material from the African-American Holiness-Pentecostal repertoire with a new twist: the growling, wailing, shouting, singing and swinging voice of the steel guitar played as audiences have never heard it performed before.

Their name may come from a traditional Irish jig but after thirty years, they have proven that the jig is still not up as Cherish the Ladies blazes forward into another decade of music making.

We have special performances planned just for the younger set. Discover “The Mystery of Ancient Egypt” with thrills, dazzling beauty and historic fact combined in this novel melding of child-friendly mystery and accurate cultural exploration.

Come join us for a wonderful season where the arts will come alive with music, dance, theatre and comedy.

See you at the theatre!
